Welcome to Oasis Animal Clinic! We are very pleased to have you as a client. We realize that there are many great veterinary hospitals to choose from, and we will do all we can to serve you and your pet.

To make your first visit a pleasant experience, here are some tips to assist you.

	Call for an appointment. We accept walk-in appointments, but prefer to schedule you in advance
	Arrive 10 minutes early. This will give our receptionist time to enter your information into the computer and get you into an exam room.
	at the time of your first appointment, or you can e-mail the information to us directly.
	We generally are less congested between the hours of 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. If you can schedule your appointment during these times, there is a better chance of not experiencing delays.
	If your pet has received medical care at another hospital, please give us the name of the previous veterinarian so that we may request a copy of his or her medical records and review them in advance.
	We appreciate referrals. We like to track all sources of new clients. Please let us know how you found our clinic.

Payment is expected on the day services are provided. We accept cash, checks (with proper ID), Care Credit, VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. If you have concerns about your charges, please request an estimate prior to receiving services. We will be happy to provide you with one.
